I started Brokurz because I was tired of the same thing you probably are: a tech stack that doesn’t talk to itself, tools that weren’t built for how we actually work, and the feeling that the big franchises had a lock on “real” infrastructure while independents were left patching things together.
We were brokers first. We ran into the same fragmented, expensive, outdated mess—so we built our own platform and ran our own brokerage on it. We pressure-tested every feature in the real world, not in theory. What began as an internal tool became the thing we now offer to thousands of brokers and agents: one place to operate, scale, and compete without the massive upfront cost.
